Here you can download the latest version of Checkstyle Beans plugin.
After the installation the plugin should start working immediately. When you open a new source file or save an existing one you should see the chestyle annotations.
Choose version 3.x.x in order to use NetBeans 7.x and Checkstyle 5.4.
Choose version 2.x.x in order to use Checkstyle 5.
Choose version 1.x.x in order to use Checkstyle 4.
In version 3.0.0 with support for NetBeans 7.x and Checkstyle 5.4 plugin had to be incompatibly changed (as Checkstyle 5.4 itself did so).
In version 2.0.0 with support for Checkstyle 5 plugin had to be incompatibly changed (as Checkstyle 5 itself did so).
The integrated GUI builder filter was removed in version 1.2.0. You can use this as custom filter in standard way since then. This filter is now part of the Extra Code.
You can easily install the plugin from NetBeans by configuring the following update center:
